Pen of the Writer is hosting its Fifth Annual Pen to Paper Literary Symposium in Dayton, Ohio on
Friday, October 3, 2008 (6:00 pm to 9:00 pm) and Saturday, October 4, 2008 (8:30 am to 6:00 pm).

Our objective is to assist writers through the process of writing and self-publishing by providing insight from published
authors and industry experts. We anticipate over 500 guests at the Friday night celebration and 100 participants during
the Saturday seminars and workshops. We would love to have your business represented at this event!

Friday, October 3, 2008 Artist and Author Showcase
This portion of the event will be open to the public and will be held at the Dayton Cultural & RTA Transit Center.
Exhibitor tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Set-up begins at 5:00 pm on Friday and tables must be
completely set-up by 5:30 pm. The Showcase begins promptly at 6:00 pm.

$100 Friday Exhibitor fee includes:
* One six (6) foot table (with skirt and cloth)
* Quarter-page ad in the souvenir journal

All monies must be received by September 15, 2008 along with a signed agreement. No monies will be refunded after

Saturday, October 4, 2008 Workshops and Seminars
This portion of the event is open to registered attendees only. Exhibitor tables are intended for printers, editors,
photographers, graphic artists, web designers, book clubs, etc. Set-up begins at 7:30 am on Saturday and tables must
be completely set-up by 8:00 am. Symposium registration begins promptly at 8:30 am.

$100 Saturday Exhibitor fee includes:
* One six (6) foot table (with skirt and cloth)
* Quarter-page ad in the souvenir journal
* One exhibitor badge (required for Saturday meals)
* Saturday meals for one


Note: Companion exhibitor must pre-pay $50 for Saturday meals. Pen to Paper will provide a meal badge for one
additional exhibitor (maximum of two people per exhibitor table).
